Dan Johnson
Dan co-founded Marchon Partners. He was most recently an Account Executive for a national Staffing company. Previously, he held various positions within Fleet and Bank of America in Business Development and Strategy. While there, he served as Vice President of Staffing and IT Services portfolio providing end to end banking capabilities to a number of human capital clients. Earlier, Dan held financial management positions with a commercial banking unit. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank by completing its management training program before serving as an analyst within the Chief Financial Officer function. Dan received a B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A from Boston College and has been a guest speaker at a number of industry conferences. He currently lives outside Boston with his wife and three children.
Eric Marcheski
Eric co-founded Marchon Partners in 2008 bringing with him more than 13 years of human capital management experience. Prior to co-founding Marchon Partners, he held the role of Executive Director of Business Operations, at a $2 billion dollar provider of Information Technology and Communication Services firm. While there, he oversaw multiple acquisitions and mergers of the firm's New England market. He is extremely passionate about the impact human capital has on the outcomes of organizations. Eric is a graduate of the University of Scranton. He is an Executive Committee member of the University of Scranton's President's Business Council and The Chief Executives Club of Boston. Eric currently resides outside Boston with his wife and three children.
Alicia Calascibetta
Alicia is the Director, Recruiting for Marchon Partners. In her 14 years within the human capital industry, she has held various roles within the recruiting function including business planning and hiring strategy. Most recently, she was the Recruiting Manager for a global Architecture and Engineering firm responsible for worldwide human capital strategy and recruiting efforts. Alicia is an alumnus of the University of Rhode Island, graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a minor in Human Resources. She currently resides in Charlestown, MA.
