We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines, integrating data from cloud platforms like Salesforce and Azure Databricks, and working with enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP. This role will be critical in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources including Salesforce and Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Optimize data flows and build robust data integration frameworks using Azure Databricks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across platforms and pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for data governance, compliance, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused engineering role.
• Strong experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Azure Databricks (including PySpark, Delta Lake).
• Experience integrating and extracting data from Salesforce CRM (REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP data models and connectors.
• Solid programming skills in Python or Scala for data engineering tasks.
• Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and performance tuning.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps in a data engineering context.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools in Azure ecosystem (Blob Storage, Synapse, etc.).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
